Early Excellence are delighted to be working in partnership with Sutton-in-Craven Community Primary School to offer a range of inspirational bitesize and full day training sessions for Heads, Senior Leaders, EYFS teachers and support staff to challenge and inform teaching, practice and provision in the EYFS.
Course description
To lead a team effectively and inspire a continual drive towards excellence requires high quality leadership skills. To support current EYFS leaders in developing these skills, this bitesize session will start to focus on the multi-faceted nature of their role, considering some key areas involved in leading the EYFS with skill and confidence. Delegates will focus on establishing a shared vision and then explore accountability – securing and demonstrating progress.
