Early Excellence are delighted to be working in partnership with Sutton-in-Craven Community Primary School to offer a range of inspirational bitesize and full day training sessions for Heads, Senior Leaders, EYFS teachers and support staff to challenge and inform teaching, practice and provision in the EYFS.
Course description
With children increasingly starting school with low levels of communication skills, this course will support you to tackle this priority area. Consider how to create high quality speaking, listening, communication and language learning environments in the early years and see the impact across all areas of learning.
During this bitesize session, you will revisit the key milestones in early language development and will also consider how you can support families to support their children. Exploring lots of strategies and practical ideas; you will find new ways to enhance children’s early language skills and encourage high quality talk within your continuous provision and across the day
